We run our program from the massive 8000sqft martial arts facility 12 Gauge MMA. You find the following located at the facility:

• 2 x 20ft octagons
• 1 x 16ft boxing ring
• 18 x wall mounted punch bags
• Strength and conditioning area
• Dumbells and Free weights
• Air bike
• Large male and female chaing rooms
• Dedicated workstation for computers and laptops
